We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website at our sole discretion.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We take great care to display our women’s footwear as accurately as possible, including colours, designs, and materials. However, please note that the actual colours you see may vary depending on your screen settings and device display capabilities. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current.

Walk Style reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product information, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. If a product you have ordered is found to be mispriced or incorrectly described, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept payments through the methods available on our checkout page, including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you have selected. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your complete payment details on our servers.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email acknowledging your order details. Please note that this email is a confirmation that we have received your order, not an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If we cancel your order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will also notify you of the cancellation by email. Walk Style is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from an order cancellation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our products across Pakistan using trusted courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email, but these are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within the promised timeframe, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please note it on the courier’s delivery receipt and contact us immediately at support@walkstyle.pk.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within [15 days] of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on clearance, sale, or final sale items unless the product is defective.

We will review your request and provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [e.g., 7–10 business days].

8. Product Care & Usage

Our women’s footwear is crafted to be both beautiful and durable, but proper care is essential. Please follow the care instructions provided with your product or on our website.
